Refund policy

At THRIFTDEX, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You receive a wrong product.
  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a product with a significant manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • An unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the package may be required to verify claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
  • Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect).

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Damaged or defective product.
  • Size exchange (subject to stock availability and approval).

Customers are requested to contact us before sending any item for exchange.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), THRIFTDEX will arrange or reimburse the return shipping cost.

If the return request is not due to our error, return shipping costs, where applicable, will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
